Bar-Fly
Heu.Bach & Friends
**Bar-Fly** was my last band before my extended hiatus—and my most successful to date. Alongside hundreds of gigs and a record deal backed by a well-known producer and a major distributor, the band also made appearances on German TV. And, as crazy as it sounds, a broadcast by a Dutch network even hit the screens in Venezuela. However, following a series of disputes with their label, **Bar-Fly** called it quits—even though another record company had already put a new offer on the table.
During an extended stay abroad, I joined the band **Heu.Bach & Friends**. **HB** was purely a hobby project, but we had a hell of a lot of fun. Unfortunately, no visual evidence survived—you just had to be there.
Bornchild
Before **Bar-Fly**, there was **Bornchild**. The band managed to land a support slot for **Magnum** and released several demos, but ultimately fell short of a major breakthrough. Still, it was a hell of a time—and today, I am reunited with some of my former bandmates in **Past MD**.
Alongside his work with **Bornchild**, **Jürgen Fred Becker** launched his own dedicated project called **Darling**. Unfortunately, time has washed away most of the physical recordings from this era.
Fallen Angel
After my time in the Army, I joined a band called **Fallen Angel**. Huge ambitions, zero success. But if nothing else, that’s where I met one of my best friends.
Savage
**Savage** was my very first band. We felt like absolute rock stars, even though we could barely play. Looking back, it was probably the best time of my life.
